"I had Jason of 2-Guys Audio/Video out to do the ISF calibration on my television. Afterward, I installed a power line conditioner. As a result, the color needed further adjusting so I called Jason and had him come back out. During the adjustment something went wrong and the TV needed to be checked out by a technician to reset it to factory settings.

\r\nAlthough this was a trying experience, Jason was very polite and understanding of my frustration. In the end, I came away very satisfied with Jason's work and professional attitude throughout this whole process. A lot of other companies would have said the problem was mine and they would correct it for another fee. I will definitely let my friends know that 2-Guys Audio/Video is an honest business that does quality work."
